Organizing a live music production is an art at which you should make sure that everything is going smoothly, both on stage and behind the scenes.

That is why Leen van Rij and Roman Reijs joined a team of out and out backliners in 2008 and started a company with people that live for backline activities, called Plugg.

With more than 30 years of experience in the world of live music and entertainment we know all the pitfalls of the stage and we know what is necessary to run a show smoothly.

We are convinced that technical and social competent backliners and stage crew are an essential link in order to succeed every live music production.

With our mix of experience, assertiveness, anticipating and pragmatic thinking and plain and good communication you can see us as the oil which makes every backline machine run smooth.

All our team members are music purists with knowledge of instruments and with a wide experience in all technical and practical backline and stage crew activities before, during and after the production.

Eventually we proudly look back on a successful show if not only the crowd but also you as an artist or organizer goes back home with a big smile.

For whom does Plugg work?

Plugg is available for everybody, whether it is about small-scale live performances or megalomaniac festivals. From pop stages and theatres to management agencies, booking agencies and artists who are ready to go on tour.
